• Become a Giving Circle of Alexandria member. We suggest a starting donation of $150; you choose your level of hands-on participation. Each dollar contributed by our members makes our grant that much larger and every single dollar our members contribute is invested back into Alexandria’s children. As a member, you will be
   
• Invited to two educational forums a year
• Receive four e-newsletters and additional email communications to keep you up-to-date on community issues and Giving Circle activities
• Invited to work with a network of inspired women who serve the community
• Have the opportunity to provide input to the gift decision process.
   
• Volunteer, either for a Giving Circle gift recipient, for the Giving Circle or at our annual Community Service Day. Volunteer with your children at a Giving Circle Kids event.
   
• Learn more by attending a Giving Circle of Alexandria educational event. There are spring and fall forums with guest speakers as well as other events about the Giving Circle’s gift priorities and recipients. Some events are during the day and some are in the evening because our members have a variety of scheduling needs
